Hey mate! Here's your answer.

According to the universal law of gravitation, the gravitational force between two objects is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the two. Hence, when the distance between the two objects is reduced, the force increases by the square of the distance reduced. In this case, the force will increase 16 times the original force of gravitation.

 F = \frac{GMm}{d^2}

=>  F = \frac{GMm}{\frac{1}{4}d^2}

=>  F = \frac{GMm}{\frac{1}{16}d^2}

=>  F = \frac{GMm×16}{1d^2}

=>  F = \frac{16GMm}{d^2}
