Explanation:

Formula for resistance of conductor = ¶l/A

Where, ¶= resistivity.

l= length of conductor

A= Area of cross section of conductor(since we assume conductor to be cylindrical in nature)

Given, resistivity as 1.9 × 10^-6 ohm m

and length = 300 metre

and area = πr² = 3.14× (0.01 × 10^-2)²......

In the above step since radius was given in cm in question so we converted that to metre as 1 cm = 10^-2 metre.

put all the values in formula mentioned above....

So then Resistance of conductor =

1.9× 10^-6 × 300/3.14× (0.01 ×10^-2)²

After calculation

Resistance of conductor = 181.52× 10² ohm
