it is a Whitestone bridge.

So 10 ohm should be not considered in effective resistance.

Now..upper resistance 5 ohm and 6 ohm are in series...so there effective resistance R1 = 5+6 = 11 ohm.

and lower resistance 10 ohm and 12 ohm are also in series...so there effective resistance R2 = 10+12 = 22 ohm.

now R1 and R2 both are in parallel.

Reff = R1 + R2 / R1. R2

now solve it by yourself.
