(3/5)^3 × (3/5)^6 = (3/5)^2x-1
Here , according to law of exponent we know that in multiply if base is same then the power is added. So,
(3/5)^3 × (3/5)^6= (3/5)^ 2x-1
(3/5)^3+6 = (3/5)^2x-1
(3/5)^9= (3/5)^2x-1
Here (3/5) will cancel
9= 2x-1
9+1=2x
10=2x
x= 10/2
x=5.

Hope it helps you.
