Angle zax = angle bad ( each 90°, each angle of a square is of 90°

angle zax - angle dax=angle bad - angle dax

Angle zad.=angle bax ---------equation 1

AZ= AX( sides of square are equal)------equation 2

angle AXY=90°(Each angle of square is of 90°

angle AXY+Angle BXA=180°(angles on a straight line)

90°+angle BXA=180°

Angle BXA=180°-90°=90°

so angle AXY=BXA(Each 90°)-----equation 3

using equation 1,2,3

∆Adz is congruent to ∆AXB

so BX=DZ(c.p.c.t)
