For the coordinate to Be on the x-axis...
→y co-ordinate[ordinate] must be zero.

Substituting y=0 in th equation...

3x+4(0)=12
→x=12/3=4

So your co-ordinate is (4,0)

The Counter part of the above Explanation...

For the co-ordinate to be on Y-axis. x-co-ordinate[abscissa] must be 0

Substituting x=0 in The equation.

5(0)-3y=18
→y=18/(-3)
→y=-6

So your co-ordinate is (0,-6)
