In today's world everyone has joined the rat race for money , position etc. and in all this we have lost the sense of hygiene and health in our daily life.
Some tips for our generation are:
1)Try to exercise on a daily basis
2) Find time for meditation and be one with yourself
3) Don't get stressed for small problems remember you are bigger than your problems.
4) Try not eating junk food
5) Use bicycle or walk to a little closer place this will help you to be fit and also reduce pollution which is the need of the hour.
6) Try not to use your phone unnecessarily
7) Wake up early in the morning so that your day goes good
Every one should focus on their health
as it's said "precautions are better than cure."
