area \: of \: flower \: bed = \frac{1}{2} (sum \: of \: parallel \: sides) \times (distance \: between \: them)
 = \frac{1}{2} (10 + 22) \times 8 \\ \\ = \frac{1}{2} \times 32 \times 8 \\ \\ = 16 \times 8 = 128 {m}^{2}

And,
area \: of \: grassy \: plot = (22 \times 10) {m}^{2} \\ = 220 {m}^{2}

area \: of \: another \: flower \: bed \: is \: as \: same \: as \: 1st \: flower \: bed. \\ \\ area \: of \: 2nd \: flower \: bed = 128 {m}^{2}

Now, Total area of whole plot =
(220 + 128 + 128) {m}^{2} \\ \\ = 476 {m}^{2}
