Here In the reaction.....the NaCl which is neutral salt is in high volume than the HAl acid ....so thus a small amount of HAl of 0.1 Normality cannot change the concentration and ph of the NaCl solution.....thus the Ph of neutral NaCl remains same as the Ph will be 7....
