Given, the initial height of the aeroplane = 1600 m
           time taken to descend every 70 m = 1 minute
The final height of the aeroplane = 200 m
So, the distance it descended = 1600 - 200 = 1400 m
                           70 m   ---------------   1 minute
                       1400 m   ---------------   x minutes
   Let's cross multiply
                      70 * x = 1400 * 1
                             x = 20
∴ The time the aeroplane will take to descend to a height of 200 m is 20 minutes.

Hope my answer helps you..
