Sun,Earth and the moon are celestial bodies in the solar system.  Sun is the centre of solar system which is stable.Earth is one of the planets revolving around the sun.Moon is the natural satellite that revolves around the earth. The relationship can be understood by that rotation and revolution of these celestial bodies around sun results in formation of day and night. And also result in eclipse.

1. The sun is a huge ball of hot glowing gases which emits heat and light. It is mainly composed of Hydrogen and Helium.
The earth is the only celestial body which is known to have existence of life. It revolves in highly elliptical orbit, keeping the sun at one of it's centre. It is the third nearest planet to the sun.
The moon is a celestial body which is the only natural satellite of the earth. It revolves around the earth.

2. Simply -
The sun does not move, but all the planets revolve around the sun in fixed orbits.
Actually -
There is nothing in this universe without any movement. Each and every body has to perform some motion in order to maintain it's stability.

3. An optical telescope is somewhat different from the simple telescope. It gathers and focuses light, mainly from the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum to create a magnified image for a direct view.
