1). When a beam of light is passed through a milk solution, then scattering of light is observed. This is known as the Tyndall effect. This scattering of light illuminates the path of the beam in the milk solution.

2). The process of centrifugation is used to separate cream from milk.

6). For example, when cell gets damaged, lysosome may burst and the enzymes digest their own cell. Therefore lysosomes are known as the Suicidal bags of a cell or we can say that they posses different kind of hydrolases on release of these enzymes that cause death of cell.

7). The primary cell wall of land plants is composed of the polysaccharides cellulose, hemicelluloses and pectin. Often, other polymers such as lignin, suberin or cutin are anchored to or embedded in plant cell walls.
