Answer:

here is ur answer buddy!!!

Explanation:

a) A:- mylin sheath

B:- Axon

C:- Synapse

b) function of mylin sheath:-

mylin sheath are secreted by the Schwann cells their main function is that it acts as a insulator through which the electric impulse can't flow. This myelin sheath allows electrical impulses to transmit quickly and efficiently along the nerve cells.

c) the nerve impulse is acquired at the dendrites that sets off a chemical reaction impulse is generated and transmitted due to the movement of ion channels present in the membrane of the neuron.

when the electric impulse reaches the end of the axon it sets of a chemical called neurotransmitter. which lies in the synaptic vesicles located in synapse these neurotransmitter cross the gap called synaptic cleft and initiates a similar nerve impulse in the dendrites of another neuron !

hope it will help
