a) The poet waited near the water tank as already a snake was present there. Since, it had arrived first at the trough, he felt that it was ethical to let it have the first drink.

b) In the final email, ""Sebastian"" thanked ""Michael"" for saving his life. Also, he wrote that Michael could keep the games as a thank you gift. Finally, he signed off saying that they can meet up soon.

c) The wedding guest beat his breast because he heard the sound of the loud bassoon. This was an indicator that the bride had entered the wedding hall following the troops of singers and musicians.

d) The poem reflects the vanity of King Ozymandias. He believes that his power could be immortalized in stone which turns out to be impossible. The stone ends up getting weathered over time.

e) Cassius knew that Antony was an excellent orator. Thus, he feared that Antony may gain people's sympathy for Caesar and turn the tides against them. Hence, he warned Brutus to not allow ""Antony"" speak in the funeral.
