I think that in second question that the local self government is very important because if there is no local self government so so we can't means that we cannot manage everything and we cannot get anything and it is very hard to drink water and making toilets and making house making Government schools this cannot be and the state government would not do do this much things in one year or two years and if there is local self government so so they can make everything in half year or one year and then state government can see the bigger issues and they can do very very hard things and local government also help them and the wish of the peoples where we complete that's why it is very important this all is my exams And the state government wish will also be finished and they can live happily and the local self government give people the livelihood also and every people can leave happily
