(i) What is article 48 A?

Article 48 of the Constitution of India is one of the Directive Principles which directs the state to make efforts for banning the beef consumption, animal slaughtering, smuggling, and their trading with neighbouring borders.

(ii) Why, does the rain descend on the earth?

The rain descend or it falls on the surface of the earth to eliminate drought,wash away the dust layers it gives life to the seeds that would had remained dormant and unborn the rain drops rise in the form of vapour only to come back to its origin in the form of rain.
