No. In fact it will warm up the glass. Wool has an extra layer, that allows heat to keep on reflecting inside like the greenhouse effect. Thus the cool glass will keep on reflecting and absorbing its little thermal energy, which would slowly increase in magnitude. So the glass would get warm fast.
