Answer briefly why are changes needed in the constitution? Explain any three reasons?

there are following three reason to change needed in the Constitution

*the making of any decision take long time to take decision
*party take decision to make anything like built bridge dam etc at last time of election.when the party is defeat by her opposition party he stop her work at half.
this make the instability to the next party

*our judiciary system is not so strong so like to taking any dicison

because 1st reason is it take long to built any decisions
2nd reason it take time to come in force
3rd reason the leader leave the work at half when he/she defeated in election and no new leader started it
