Explanation:

1.The Rumpa rebellion was started in March 1879 when the hill tribes of Rampa made attcks on police station in Chodavaram taluk. Soon, the rebellion spread to the Golconda hills of Vishagapatam and Bhadrachalam taluk.

2. Chuar rebellion occured in 1798-99 in Bankura / Midnapore districts of modern West Bengal.

3. The two important characteristics features of Kol rebellion are as follows :-

  • The kol thus rose in rebellion against the government officers, merchants and money lenders.
  • The kol tribesman didn't alone against the British.
