Solution:-

 { (\frac{1 + i}{1 - i}) }^{x} = 1\\ multiply \: num \: and \: denom \: by \: 1 + i \\ ( { \frac{(1 + i)(1 + i)}{1 - i)(1 + i)}) }^{x} = 1 \\ = > ({ \frac{1 - 1 + 2i}{1 - {(i)}^{2} } })^{x} = 1 \\ = > { (\frac{2i}{2} )}^{x} = 1 \\ = > {i}^{x} = 1 \\ x \: can \: be \: 4, \: 8 ,\: 12 \\ so \: x \: is \: in \: form \: of \: 4n \\ hence \: x = 4n
