In dark there is no light but as soon as light is on it is reflected by every object in the room . And we are able to see everything____ ✌️

It is beacuse the cones cell in our eyes are sensitive to bright light and they respond immediately(actually it takes 1/10 th of a second to respond) as the light is switched on

when the light was off our rod cells were active but they are sensitive to dim light but they respond only after sometime as they require some time to become habitual of that enviornment and thus in a dark room after sometime we see a blured image of that room
