answer fast plzz.. An inflated balloon burst if you slightly push it surface with the pointed tip of a pencil. However, it does not burst if you push it gently with your finger. Why? (Don't Scam)

when we push its surface with our finger, the surface area in contact with its surface is more so ultimately pressure will be less and balloon does not burst & when we push it with pointed tip of pencil, the surface area in contact with its surface is less and pressure is more and balloon bursts out !!!!!

Pressure is inversely proportional to area

As the tip of a pointed pencil has lesser area when compared to the blunt area of finger tips, pressure exerted by pencil tip is greater

Hence the balloon bursts.
