Answer:

(I) Place an object in front of the mirrors. Place a screen behind the object. Focus the image on the screen. The mirror that will show an inverted image is concave mirror, the mirror that shows erect but diminished image is a convex mirror and the mirror that shows an erect image of same size as the object is a plane mirror. (You can use a burning candle as the object)

(ii) Place an object (burning candle again!) and a screen behind the lens. Focus the image on the screen. The lens which forms an inverted image is convex lens and the lens that forms an erect and diminished image is concave lens.
