We know that.
V =I × R
I=V / R
From the data..
R=R
V= V/2
So..
I=R/V/2
=2R/V
I/2= R/V
So current is also half
We know that.

We know that potential differences is directly proportional to current.
So when we increase the pd the current increases.
When the pd is decreased to half current also reduces to half
