{\underline{\underline{\huge{\mathtt{Question:-}}}}}

If cos\theta=\frac{1}{\sqrt2} ,then find the value of 4+cot∅.

{\underline{\underline{\huge{\mathtt{Solution:-}}}}}

cos∅ = 1/√2

→ cos∅ = cos45°[cos45° = 1/√2]

→ ∅ = 45°

Now,

4+cot∅

→4 + cot45°

→4 + 1 [ cot45°=1]

→ 5 ( Answer)

  \huge \mathfrak{Answer:-}

\implies 5

  \huge \mathfrak{Solutions:-}

\implies cos(theta) = 1/√2

\implies cos(theta) = 45° [cos 45° = 1/√2]

\implies (theta) = 45°

Now,

\implies 4 + cot(theta)

\implies 4 + cot 45°

\implies 4 + 1 [cot 45° = 1]

\implies 5
