We are  fools  that we litter the area where we ourselves live. Waste collectors or sewage men are also not punctual. They are not at all dedicated to their work. Where as on the other hand animals keep the surroundings way better than that of us.

Thus, it could be understood that isolating a place will help in reduction of pollution, at least at that place.
