Ans-1 No we won't be able to hear the sound. As we know sound needs a medium to travel (whether solid liquid or gas) but there is no medium in vaccum through which sound can travel.
Ans-2 No they can't talk to each other wothout using any device. As we know there is no atmosphere on moon. It means that there is no air air no moon. Sound needs a medium to travel but there is no medium on moon through which sound can travel.

1) first we should know that in vaccum sound can't pass.because they have no medium to pass.sound uses medium like solid, liquid,gas to pass and reach out ears.we can't hear the sound in first condition.
2)two astronauts are floating together.without any devices they can't hear the sound.we know that there is no atmosphere in space.no air,space is vaccum.so of they are very close to each other than also they can't hear.as we know we can't hear in vaccum.
