Ratio of boys to girls = 7:5
Given, there are 8 morw boys than girls.
Let the number of boys and girls be 7x and 5x respectively.

So, the equation formed will be
7x = 5x+8
On solving the equation, we will get x as 4.

Hence, no. of boys = 7x = 28
No. of girls = 5x = 20

Hope it helps.
