Answer:

ans= because of adding H20 but there are no excess H+to make it (H30+)

ans= Carbon dioxide gas turns lime water into milky water, when carbon dioxide gas react with calcium hydroxide solution then it produces white precipitation of calcium carbonate, when carbon dioxide is bubbled through lime water, then linear turns into milky limewater.

ans= HCI is acidic only when moist or aqueous hydrogen chloride gas will turn blue litmus paper red only if either the gas is most or the litmus paper is wet with some pure water.this is because when the gas comes into contact with the water on the paper, it becomes acidic, turning the litmus paper red.

ans= copper does not displace hydrogen from diluted hydrochloric acid, but zinc does.

ans = the salt formed when the weak acid hydrofluoric acid is neutralized by the strong base sodium hydroxide.

ans= The H+ irons reach the cathode and each H+ iron picks up one electron from the cathode to form H2 gas,bec of this reaction,an aqueous solution of acid conducts electricity.

ans= coz,the chemical in antacids are based (alkalis)which are the opposite of acid. A reaction between an acid and base is called neutralizing.

ans= Baking powder is composed of sodium hydrogen carbonate as well as weak acids and starch to prevent caking.

ans= in water CO2 Dissolves to form carbonic acid (H2CO3)

CO2(g)+ H2O(1)=H2CO3(aq)
