9) A diet which contains all nutrients is called balanced diet.....it should contain more ammaounts of carbohydrates, protiens, vitamins etc but little amount of fat

10) Ladies finger, rib gaurd, bunch beans ,some boiled sweet potato etc are some vegetables which are rich in fibres
