There are two lines

Line 1 :- 3x + 2y - 1 = 0 ; a₁ = 3 , b₁ = 2 , c₁ = -1
Line 2:- 9x + 6y -3 = 0 ; a₂ = 9 , b₂ = 6 , c₂ = -3

Now,

a₁/a₂ = 3/9 = 1/3

b₁/b₂ = 2/6 = 1/3

c₁/c₂ = -1/-3 = 1/3

As we can see,

a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ = c₁/c₂

And a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ = c₁/c₂ represents the coincident lines.
