The government can play a major role in making this possible.. it's policy is to protect the interest ,not only for rich and powerful,but also for poor people in the country..

the government can ensure that labour law are properly implemented and the workers to get their rights correctly...it can support small producers to improve them till they become strong enough to compete with foreign trade...if necessary govt. can use trade investment barrier

The government should do something to make globalisation more better...
1. The developed countries should remove taxes to make globalisation better.
2.Due to the flexibility in labour laws in india many people are marked as unemployed and they are not having any security of job.The government should impose some laws for thr security of job of labour.
3.For fair globalisation,Government can ensure that the labour laws are properly implemented and workers get their rights.
4.Its policies must protect the interest not only of the rich and powerfull but the poors too.
5.It can support small producers to improve their performance.
6.The government can use trade and investments barriers and can negotiate for fairer rules at WTO.
