Here is your answer.

Side of the Rhombus is 46 m
Altitude is 23 m

As we know the formula
Area of Rhombus = Base× Altitude
 = 46 \times 23 \\  = 1058 \: m {}^{2}
Now Given Area of Rhombus is equal to Area of Square.

We know the formula
Let Side of Square is x m

Area of Square = (side)^2
1058 =  {x}^{2}  \\  \\ x =  \sqrt{1058}  \\  \\ x = 32.52 \: m
so side of Square is 32.52 m

Let the Diagonal of the Square is y m

By using Pythagoras Theorem.
Diagonal^2 = side^2 + side^2
 {y}^{2}  = (32.52) {}^{2}  + (32.52) {}^{2}  \\  \\  {y}^{2}  = 1058 + 1058 \\  \\  {y}^{2}  = 2116 \\  \\ y =  \sqrt{2116}  \\  \\ y = 46m
Therefore Diagonal of the square is 46 m
and Side of the square is 32.52 m.
