I think yes , love of country can be stronger than love of family because if in a country their is affection and love between different religious , each and every person is devotee of their country , if their is brother hood in that country , when peoples live happy with each other it is possible when peoples not insult any religion , caste etc . Also by some rules and regulations like all peoples are equal before law , peoples have provided by equal rights etc. It's all possible when an particular country should be United and peoples live with harmony .
