Rectilinear propagation is the phenomenon where the light travels in a straight line.

Explanation:

Light only travels in a straight line. If the density of the medium changes then it deviates its path which is called refraction.

EXPERIMENT:-

Use a candle from a distance and place three cardboards with pinholes on same length from where you can see the flame. This way its an experiment fro the propagation of light
