Explanation:

a. Carbohydrates - carbohydrates are energy giving foods they provide us a lot of energy. carbohydrates are food that get converted into glucose or sugar in our bodies during digestion. glucose is the fuel for our body

b. Fats -  Fat is a Clean fuel.  It is your body's basic building block. The membranes or walls of human body cells are made from fat (mainly phospholipids, triglycerides and cholesterol). Sharp brain, big heart, eagle eyes. Vitamins A, D, E and K can't be absorbed in your intestine without fat.

c. Proteins - Humans can’t survive without all nine essential amino acids. Protein is essential to building bones, and body tissues, such as muscles, but protein does much more than that. Protein participates in practically every process of a cell. It plays a part in metabolic reactions, immune response, protein provides a source of energy, assists in cellular repair, form blood cells, and more.

d. Vitamins - Vitamins have multiple functions and are essential to your well-being and to maintain normal body functions (good eyesight, energy levels, cell growth, bone health, a healthy immune system, blood coagulation, etc.). Your body needs sufficient vitamins to function properly.

e. Minerals - Minerals are important for your body to stay healthy. Your body uses minerals for many different jobs, including keeping your bones, muscles, heart, and brain working properly. Minerals are also important for making enzymes and hormones. There are two kinds of minerals: macrominerals and trace minerals.

f. Dietary fibre - Dietary fiber increases the weight   decreasing your chance of constipation. If you have loose, watery stools, fiber may help to solidify the stool because it absorbs water and adds bulk to stool. Helps maintain bowel health.

g. Water - Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.
