Precipitation forms in the clouds when water vapor condenses into bigger and bigger droplets of water. When the drops are heavy enough, they fall to the Earth. ... Most rain actually begins as snow high in the clouds. As the snowflakes fall through warmer air, they become raindrops.

Smog:

Smog is made up of Smoke and Fog

Breathing in Smog can cause Eye Irritation, Asthma and decreases Lung's Breathing Capacit

Fog:

Fog is caused by water droplets in the air Smog is made up of Smoke and Fog.

It reduces visibility, but breathing in fog causes no harm.

Answer:

Yo! Here's the solution to your questions.

Question 1- How does it rain?Answer- Well for that we have to start with all the water sources, now for example when the water in a pond heats; it evaporates. This water turns into water vapour on evaporation and it's rises up. After traveling upward it starts to cool and as water vapour cools is becomes clouds. Now for the main part. When the water vapour keeps condensing and when it becomes heavier, the drops fall towards the earth and boom it rains.

Fun fact- Rain usually begins as snow hight in clouds, which then turn into drops as they fall down.

Question 2- Difference between fog and smog.

Fog- It's a thick layer of small water drops, close to the surface of the earth.

It is dense and dose not dissipate quickly.

It is made up of water drops.

Smog- It is a mist of water drops suspended into the atmosphere

It is less dense and dissipates more

It is made up of fog and smoke
