when we looked around the earth we find that the the uppermost layer that we call crust is very thin

the inner layers are almost in molten state such as mental and Core they have molten rocks and metals

these layers are very hot and reactive in nature and hence many of their activities can be felt on top of the earth that is on the crust .

Seismic movements of plates of Earth and volcanic eruptions our results of this reason .

Sometimes we say that Himalayas are young fold mountains this is also because of activity of Earth

many earthquakes are felt in Himalayan region.
