Answer:
IN INDIA BY THE END OF THE 19TH CENTURY THE INDIAN TEXTILE INDUSTRIES WERE BRUTALLY SUPPRESSED BY THE BRITISHERS AND THE EXPORT OF INDIAN TEXTILES DECLINE MOREOVER:
THE HOME MARKET WAS FLOODED WITH CHEAP MACHINE MADE MANCHESTER CLOTHES SO INDIAN TEXTILE INDUSTRY WAS UNABLE TO COMPETE WITH IT AND ALSO PEOPLE WANTED TO HAVE MANCHESTER PRODUCTS BECAUSE THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT WAS DOING A LOT OF ADVERTISEMENTS ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS IN AN ATTRACTIVE MANNER SO PEOPLE WERE ATTRACTED TOWARDS THEIR TEXTILES .
THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON OF DECLINE OF TEXTILE IMDUSTRY IN INDIA IN THE END OF 19TH CENTURY.
