Answer:

1) Stomata are tiny pores present on the undersurface of the leaves. They help in the exchange of gases in plants. Plants take up carbon dioxide from the atmospheric air and release oxygen and water vapour into the atmosphere through the stomata.

2) Nutrition. Fungi get their nutrition by absorbing organic compounds from the environment. Fungi are heterotrophic: they rely solely on carbon obtained from other organisms for their metabolism and nutrition.

3) Rhizobia are special bacteria that can live in the soil or in nodules formed on the roots of legumes. In root nodules, they form a symbiotic association with the legume, obtaining nutrients from the plant and producing nitrogen in a process called biological nitrogen fixation, or BNF.
