Answer:

a) Revathi discovered that her stunted balsam plants moved towards her whenever she played raga Mohanam.

b)She decided to keep her new knowledge 'a secret' because it was a secret between her and her beloved plants. The plants bent towards her when Revathi played her favourite tune.

c)When Revathi played her favourite raga , the plant began to move because of the magical impact of the music on the balsam plant. When she played it, the plants responded by bending towards her in appreciation of the music as though they wanted to touch her, in their happiness.

d)Plants are the living being as others.Playing music for your plants may seem like a strange thing to do, but research suggests that any sound, including music, helps boost plant growth. Vibrations from sound waves seem to stimulate growth factors.

e)To prove to the organiser of the competition that the plants truly belonged to her, she rushed home quickly and brought her violin from her house. She claimed that her plants were music lovers and they respond when she plays for them. This proved that plants truly belonged to her.
