It is because the triple bonded carbon has sp hybridization and it's s character is 50% as compared to 25% of sp3 and 33% of sp2.

As the electrons are held better in an s orbital as compared to p orbital( because s orbital is closer to the nucleus) the first carbanion has less chances of breaking(destabilizing) than the other three.
