Answer:

the sum of angles of all sides of a triangle is equal to 180°. if you look at the right angle triangle, one angle is 90° and the other is 40°. if you subtract them from 180° you get 50° which is angle B. now look at triangle ADE, one angle is 100° and one is 50° (which we just calculated) now subtract that from 180° and you get 30° which is the answer
