\rule{200}{1}

To Find:-

✪The Value of x?

\rule{200}{1}

AnsWer:-

☞x=3

\rule{200}{1}

 \frac{5-7x}{2(1+2x)} =- \frac{8}{7}

 \frac{5-7x}{(2+4x)} =- \frac{8}{7}

♦Cross Multiply in LHS & RHS♦

↝7(5-7x)=-8(2+4x)

★Expanding we get:-★

↝35-49x=-16-32x

↝35+16=-32x+49x

↝51=17x

 \frac{\cancel{51}}{\cancel{17}} =x

3=x
