Answer:

\frac{8}{15}+\frac{7}{45}+4

well to add fractions their denominator are suppose to be same

&

we have 15 , 45 & 1 as the denominator so to make them same we are suppose to find their LCM

LCM(15,45,1) = 3 * 3 * 5 = 45

thus we should multiply a number to the denominator of each fraction to make it 45

thus

\frac{8}{15} = \frac{8*3}{15*3} = \frac{24}{45}

\frac{7}{45}       already has 45 as its denominator

\frac{4}{1} = \frac{4*45}{1*45} = \frac{180}{45}

now as the denominator are same thus we add them easily

\frac{24}{45}+\frac{7}{45}+\frac{180}{45}\\\\= \frac{24+7+180}{45}\\\\=\frac{211}{45}

since 211 & 45 has no common factor thus it cannot be simplified further
