If u draw correct FBD ..u ll get (let β=30°)



ma=mgsinβ - mgcosβΦ

where Φ is coff. of friction

a=gsinβ- Φgcosβ .......(1)

now ...
s=ut +1/2 at²

s is 4 , a is (1) and u is 0 ,t=4


4=1/2 a 4x4

a=1/2

put value of 'a' and solve for Φ

this give u coff. of kinetic friction

and for static
solve

mgsinβ=Φmgcosβ

Φ=tan30

Φ= 0.58 ≈ 0.6
