Tricuspid valve is present between right atrium and right ventricle and right side of heart carry deoxygenated blood and the main function of tricuspid valve is to prevent back flow of blood when it go from right atrium to the right ventricle, So when tricuspid valve becomes ruptured then can't prevent the back flow of blood during ventricular systole(contraction).
