total cost = 500 + 420

= 920 rs

profit must be ,

100 cost ------ 5 profit

920 cost ------- ?? profit

profit = 920 × 5 / 100

profit = 46 rs

so selling price = 920 + 46

= 966 rs

so price of mixture per kg = 966 / 70

= 13 .80 rs
