First of all we know that the sum of the interior angles of a triangle is always 180
So, A+B+C=180
Dividing by 2 on both sides
(A+B+C)/2=90
Simplifying this
(A+B)/2=90-C/2
Substitute this in your question of LHS and you will get the answer straight away!
Hope you understood!
