Someone tried to sign in my account and login successfully

Then I traced his IP address & Location because his information was stored in my device (as he used my account)

Now I have few information about him like - (given below)

1) I have his IP Address
2) I have his Location
3) I can Ring his Phone
4) I can Call him
5) I can Lock his Phone (But i think this step would be counter-active to my strps and it could be a crime)

HOW SHOULD I TAKE REVENGE THEN??

OR
Simply what should I do without going to police in this lockdown situation and take a wise step to track him a Lesson

OR
Should I Simply Block this Device on my Account??

Just change your password to a stronger one. If you have time to locate him through his IP, then you have time to change into a stronger password.
